Since its transformation from a traditional Ibizan house to a globally renowned venue in the early 90s. Café Mambo has welcomed some of the world’s top DJs and famously hosted BBC Radio 1’s Ibiza weekend. All of which have fallen for its authentic Ibizan charm. With Industry heavy-weights such as Carl Cox and Pete Tong having somewhat of a love affair with Mambo’s intimate DJ booth over the decades. 

Boasting a prime location and exclusive dining experience, Café Mambo is the go-to bar to start your night off right. In recent times Glitterbox, Defected, Abode, and new kid on the block Bodyworks have even partnered with Café Mambo for their official pre-parties. Get up close ‘n’ personal with the DJs in Café Mambo’s exclusive VIP area. Offering the best views in the house, you can spend the evening right beside the DJ booth. Your VIP table will be secured by a minimum spend total for the night.

Dress code
Café Mambo has a relaxed dress code. The seafront location often brings out many guests’ inner boho style, and others choose to keep it chic and trendy if they plan to go on to Ibiza's superclubs afterward. If you have reserved a VIP table at Café Mambo, then we recommend going for something more smart casual. You never know what celebs you might bump into!
What time to arrive?
Café Mambo is open from 10 am until 3 am. If you are thinking of dining at Café Mambo in the evening, then we recommend booking in advance. Whether you’re seated on the terrace or in the VIP area, one thing is for sure. You’ll want to be there for sunset. Sunset times vary from around 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm depending on the time of year. Your phone weather app will give you a heads up of the exact time. If you make a VIP table reservation we always encourage you to arrive on time to ensure you do not lose your booking.
