Everland is an impressive 6 bedroom Ibizan holiday home with beautiful sweeping views of the Balearic Sea and the beaches of Playa den Bossa, Cap des Falco and the Las Salinas salt flats.

Sitting on an 8,000m2 plot this property enjoys a fabulous location in the hills near Ibiza’s south-east coast. The villas exteriors are polished with white terraces with a large freshwater pool and soft lounge seating.

Beyond the pool terrace, palm-filled gardens, lush lawns and shady courtyards offer further places to relax. Closer to the house, on the upper terrace, is an al-fresco dining area with a barbecue.

This beautiful villa is delightfully decorated with a laid-back yet sophisticated approach. The main living area features cool white walls, polished concrete floors and inviting decor. The sleek contemporary kitchen has all the modern appliances and the formal dining room looks over to the peaceful and authentic hacienda-style courtyard.

The accommodation is split between the main house and a separate guest house. Four pristine, rooms in the main house, each with a luxurious en-suite and another two large bedrooms are to be found in the guest house. Guests can also enjoy the light-filled gym, with a good selection of equipment.
