Villa Patxi is perfectly convenient for guests who want to be able to pop to the busiests parts of Ibiza quickly to enjoy everything that the island has to offer. If you don’t have a car – no problem – as the villa is close to the main bus route, and has bars, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket all within walking distance

Well Equipped & Secure

Guests will enter Villa Patxi through a lockable metal gate, where there is ample space for parking, and will be greeted with the white-washed walls of this modern, contemporary villa. Through the front door, you will find a large, airy sitting room with comfy sofas and a modern dining area. There’s a music system and large flat-screen TV in this space – making it perfect for chilling away from the midday sun. Attached to the living space is a modern galley kitchen, fully fitted with appliances and a large double fridge to keep drinks chilled. 

On the ground floor and leading off the hallway are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of these rooms has bunk beds and a pull out bed for a child and the other has a double bed with glass doors opening on to the pool terrace. In addition to this, there is an independent wash room on the ground floor plus an extra toilet. On the first floor of Villa Patxi there are a further three double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Each and every room of this property is decorated with modern, simplistic vibes and everything is cleverly designed so that everyone in the group can have their own ample space, but also be able to socialise in the common areas and outdoor spaces.

Poolside Dining

The outside spaces at Villa Patxi are incredible, with spacious shaded terraces, a massive outside dining area complete with a heavy wooden dining table, perfect for alfresco meals throughout the day. There’s an outdoor shower and a stunning 12 x 5m swimming pool, complete with loungers and umbrellas for that much needed shade. From the first floor, you can access the additional sun terrace which overlooks the pool – a perfect place for sunset cocktails. Villa Patxi is stylishly decorated and the living space is both well designed and spacious, a perfect villa for relaxing together and enjoying your special Ibiza holiday.
